Next, we’ll evaluate your online submission.

Either we’ll contact you to let you know we have all the information we need and to confirm we’ll complete your SAP calculation.

Alternatively, if we do not have all the information we need or some is incorrect, we’ll be in touch to suggest ways we can help you gather the information required to complete your calculation.

3. Certification

Finally, we’ll complete the calculation and send over your certification.

Finally, having successfully compiled all required information, we’ll complete the calculation using our industry certified software system.

We’ll ensure we have your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with you within two days of receiving all required data.
